    Hi,
I live in north London close to Swiss Cottage and am looking to play somewhere, either with some partners or at a club nearby.
Can play at Sw Ctg LC, or somewhere not too far away within easy access.
I can do mid-week or Sundays. I work in the City.

I have heard of Sobell Badm club, but hear they play with nylon shuttles - how's the standard there?

I am a bit rusty now but still good intermediate, despite not having played for some years, probably because I play other games regularly.

    Any suggestions/thoughts?

IDepends how far your willing to travel.

I've been looking around there as well. a bit of a google brings these clubs.

Crescent Badminton Club plays at Swiss Cottage LC Tues 8:30-11. (I haven't been there personally)

Fusion Badminton Club plays at Hendon school Thurs 7pm onwards i think. Stong club but didn't have any ladies playing last time I visited (apart from my mixed partner that I dragged down).

Guys & Dolls at the Westminster academy on Saturdays 5pm on. Friendly bunch. Have played in a tourney they arranged & was pretty well organised.

    Good luck

Hi mindfields, care to give more detail about the two clubs, Fusion and Guys & Dolls, you mention? I have been playing regularly at a local club, but am looking for a friendly club that has a better overall standard.
