After watching my brother play badminton for a while i decided to pick it up, seeing how i play volleyball i thought it would be a little smiliar. Ive been playing for for about 2 months and been using the schools racquets. There racquets seem pretty crappy and i dont like them. So i was going to get the Armortec-150-2008 Model from badminton.net. On there site it recommends either BG65TI, BG70Pro string. Seeing how i am still brand new should i get one of these strings? or get a regular bg65? Also what would be an ideal tension for this racquet? Some little info about my playing is i like to smash alot and overall more of and offensive player. Until of course i have to play with teh upper players and then im usually just all defense. Of course also im open to any other racquets you guys may think i might be better off with altough seeing how im still new i dont want to go all out and buy somthing like a arc saber 10 XD

I think BG80 is a good string to start. As for tension, try 22lbs and see if it suits you.
