    hey everybody,

i recently picked up a Ti-10 Gen 3, at my local badminton shop. I play alot of badminton but i dont know much about strings. I am a singles player who smahes very rarely and i win most of my games by just dropping and playing the net. What kind of stings should i be getting and at what tension???

    cheers

    what were your strings before?
I would also like to recommend PG65or 66 neon. very grippy strings.

tension would be great as well.
Also think about BG66. Powerful and amazing control. however, durability suffers. greatly.
Also think about BG 80. another all around string.

make sure your stringer is careful while stringing the racket, the Ti-10 is easy to break if not strung carefully.

Trying BG85 @ 24lbs would be a safe bet, adjust your tension accordingly on your next restring.

Can I ask where in Toronto you got it from? The local stores I've been to don't carry this racket.

It's still cheaper to buy from Hong Kong even if you add the shipping cost and Paypal fee : P

Just stick to BG65 since you've used it before. As far as tension goes, it all depends on the person. I normally string at 26lbs, but that's just my preference.

    i have 2 ti10, one (2) another is (3).
    ti10 (3) string at 28lbs- 3 months-string still ok
    ti10 (2) string at 26 lbs-1 month- tension dropped...
restring at 27 lbs- 1 month-tension dropped again....
i just wonder....whether is the racquet problem or the
    shop....ti10 (3) string at shop A, while ti10 (2), 2 times string at shop B...
usage wise, both also I used regularly.....
FYI, i use BG66....please advise, where is the problem?

    my favorite choice of control-string.
    1. bg66 tends to loose tension quite fast
    2. is the knots tied properly?
