How Are These Knee Supports?
Hi. I have just bought a McDavid 421 Patella Knee Support:
http://www.return2fitness.co.uk/Supp...s/md421patella
Just wondering if its okay to use for badminton or good enough to help the lunges and knee loose feeling and a bit of pain that I'm having described in this thread:
http://www.badmintoncentral.com/foru...ad.php?t=67007
I really hope its good. Please go easy on me. Thanks so much for reading.
Edit: The side things aren't really that hard its bendy. Just to clarify.

i've been using one of these for the last couple of months.

it does feel as if it helps, though i'm not sure that's good for my knee ultimately.
i agree though, the bigger knee supports ought to be better, but do tend to feel more restrictive.
once you get used to them, it should be fine.
