How Are These Knee Supports?

    Hi. I have just bought a McDavid 421 Patella Knee Support:

    Just wondering if its okay to use for badminton or good enough to help the lunges and knee loose feeling and a bit of pain that I'm having described in this thread:

    Edit: The side things aren't really that hard its bendy. Just to clarify.

    I have bought LP before.It was nice.But gladly,now i dont need them no more..

    it does feel as if it helps, though i'm not sure that's good for my knee ultimately.
    i agree though, the bigger knee supports ought to be better, but do tend to feel more restrictive.
    once you get used to them, it should be fine.
