As CHN swept away all the titles in AE 2009, how many will they get in the Swiss Open 2009?? Can they do the same thing like in AE??

My speculation is at most 2(two) because of their bad lucks in Swiss. Look at the Draws! :)

Err...my perception towards China has a little bit changed after the first All China!

So, nothing's impossible for them. The draw is 'minor' issue for this team.
But..other camps, Nothing's impossible for you too.

In a sense, you can think that's good for them to get to the Final as they are all quite new partnerships.

    So what's your expectation? :)

Hopefully China sweeps it all again.

My prediction: The ever so great LYD and his new partner, SBC, will save the day and prevent China from sweeping all the titles.;):p

In MD, I am rather toward Koo/Tan; they had won 2007 SO title and yet the new KOR duo are not used to the speed of Koo.

Amen to that :D That's assuming of course they don't "give way" to their seniors like in the AE or get dominated by the Danish pairs ;)

Do you have any news about Kido/Setiawan? Can they continue match up together in the next tourney? Personally, it would be better for Setiawan to play with some other good smashers as INA have many best attackers. :)

We need WMC in WS to put some difficulties in that category.

Barring any withdrawals of the top players like LD , I think China will win 4.

3 or more is quite dominance enough, that equivalent to more than 50% of the titles by one country.

Three would be just average for a country having such a vast pool of full-time pro-players not like the other countries. Do you know how many senior players are registered in CHN?
