kwun attending the 2009 Swiss Open

    .
:D:D:D We might expect that this match could/would be 'fixed'.

Anyway, we have kwun there, attending this 2009 Swiss Open. Hope that he can send us some reports and photos, as he watches it live.

Well CJ had an injury during AE; people may say it was to let LD pass by, but it's obvious when you look at his previous match that he's not at his best at the moment.

Marc Zweibler vs Lin Dan will be an interesting match.. obviously Lin Dan will win, but Zweibler will certainly not be intimidated. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Sho Sasaki beat Taufik :( otherwise TH vs LCW QF.

Don't discount GWJ....in fact I've a feeling that TH will be meeting GWJ instead. Depending on his first 2 matches, maybe we'll be up for a surprise in QF? :D

Did you see the "game" between LD and Joachim Persson? LD's opponent might as well be a fan off the stand.

Yes, I did. Did you see the game between Marc Zweibler and Lee Chong Wei? Live?

We can trade "did you see"s as much as you want.. the result being a victory for Lin Dan is obvious, but I have been quite impressed by Zweibler from what I have seen of him so a game against Super Dan is an excellent benchmark in terms of both his performance and his mental strength.

Some called that kind of game as boring, indeed , it was.
But i think later, when we found a player who can 'trashed' LD down to the drain, the game will be damn exciting. It is inexplicable.Ld's too good, huh?Looking forward to see a better one.

I think GWJ has a very good chance of beating Taufik. He has been playing well in the German open in which he beat Sho in straight sets.

The ZB/MJ roller coaster is back on the up. They dispatch Claes/Deschamps in unconvincing fashion 21-19, 21-15. Wonder if fat panda is under probation after his petulant tantrum at the AE.

Nova/Butet lost the second set 18-21, despite leading 17-15 just now  It's really time to replace Nova!

Lindley/Rayappan have taken the 2nd from Nova/Butet 21-18, forcing a rubber. This INA pair have really been off the boil

Nova Widianto/Liliyana Natsir eventually beat David Lindley/Suzanne Rayappan 21-12, 18-21, 21-13. They will meet the AE Runner-Up Ko Sung Hyun/Ha Jung Eun for a place in the last 8.

Devin/Lita take the first set 21-17. Not convincing enough for their status as INA's no 3 XD pair right now.
