    Hi,

I'm looking for a NS9000X and there is an offer from this guy. He offer me AUD205 for unstrung racket with bag. I just want to know some opinion wether this racket is fake or a real one.

    cone codes?
    Shaft codes?

good close-up photos are needed to verify.

first impression, i will stay away from this racket. 90% chance of fake.
are you in KL, MAS now? why dont get it in MAS? Malaysia will have a better Yonex pricing compare to Australia.

The codes are there but a bit blur.

Drifit: The price offered by this guy is attractive. Just around RM500 for NS9000X. Where can I find shops in KL that offer the same price?

    near to KL centre?
pay a visit to Pertama Complex. few shops like racket world, perfect sports etc.
    near Puchong area?
can drop by to AJ Racket. competitive price.

even you get at RM550, a RM50 more, think about warranty and authentic of yonex rackets.

I've been there a few weeks ago bro. At RW the price for NS9000X is RM829.90. After discount 20% = RM663.90. Still a bit high i think

If it's SP code, then the shaft should have a SP text on it and on the cone where the weight and grip size should have a PBSI logo

Not to mention, the color scheme looks a bit odd because of the glazed wet look.

Notice in the intial post looking at the shots of the racket - in the second photo, it appears that the racket head is actually deformed on the top right hand side.

I'd suggest you check the cone code before you buy.
The racquet should be either Thailand or Indonesia coded.

Your racquet, if legitimate, must be a 2006 make.
To be specific, its cone code must be between 10 May and 31 May.
(There's also an extremely tiny possibility of 01 June 2006).

    Best of luck :)
