I always find it weird why every player always has a weak point even pros. Why cant they all be same with no weakpoint?

    No.

Everyone has strong points, which makes their other points relatively weak. :)

Are you asking why people are different? I wonder how you actually define weak and strong points? Do you mean weak and strong skills? How do you actually rate a player's smash skill and what possible way can you compare it to his net play skill?

Do you believe that there is some reachable limit for skills, and that all professionals should have already maxed all of theirs skills? (final badminton fantasy, max level 99, all stat points distributed equally) Therefore all pros should be the same and all matches should go to 30-29, 29-30, 30-29?

Because if not, all skills of a player would be perfectly balanced. Perhaps there are such players, nobody knows.

If you have an opponent, who's weaker skills are stronger then your strong skills, you'll lose.

coz life, people, genetics, environments, physiology, anatomy, personality, mood, and practice make it impossible for people to develop in the same way.

    Evolution man!!!!!!!
