What to do with empty shuttle tubes. I've seen what people do with the shuttles. But anything with the tubes or just toss them in the trash (or recycle bin for the cardboard) Any interesting ideas?

Not particularly interesting but useful at least: put slightly damaged shuttles (not good enough for match play but not bad) in them and use them for knockups or drills. This way, they are separate from your match shuttles so both are easy to find.

O.k , this is good for coaches , get 3 tubes of shuttle boxes.

Cut the third one in half.

Celotape them together , put a bit of sponge in one end on the bottom tube.

Put shuttles in their , add weight on top - you now have a fully brand new self made shuttle launcher!!!

( Get a bag strap to tie around shoulder and attach it :D)

ha... that's a great idea, post some picture please. I just throw away half of them, and I still have over 40 empty tubes sitting in my garage now. brand range from Hi Qua Blue, RSL #1, and Aero Green. One day I might sell them on ebay, since I saw some used shuttles are for sale...

You can use the empty tubes as "thunder stick" to cheer for your team in tournament. Man, you can generate quite a bit noise. Just make sure your will not anger the opponent's team, and they might throw you out of the gym. :p

this isnt really for empty tubes but...
theres a girl in my club who decorates new tubes with her own artwork(shes an artist) and then gives them out as gifts/presents.
Quite a birthday gift if u ask me :p
