HI For saying racket string at 26 lbs, what is the tension of main and cross ? or where can I find the answer? Thanks
They are both 26lbs average but i would pick 25x27lbs because the 2lbs tension difference keeps the frame shape in it's original position.
I find that for stringing in HK, it is best to tell them the exact stringing tension for the main and cross strings. ie. 25x27lbs... because each shop string differently, some will string it at 25x27, some will string 24x26.
Thanks Ar Dan Still want to know should lower the tension at start of cross string. Thanks in advance
Had my new arc10 strung at 27/29#s with NGY95 one string, and it's perfect. Nice sound and lots of power. Was told the Arc10 needs >26#s to unleash. So far so good.
With one string, IMO, the tension should be upped by 2#s when starting the crosses, 'cuz the mains will now be bumped up by the weaving. Always works for me..keeping the racquet shape normal.
hi ar dan, how would i say i want 25x27 cross string tension in chinese to a shop in hk? im a bbc and dont know how to explain in chinese
