I saw a group of local players ordered from there about 1 month ago. I think they ordered 25 or 50 tubes, as it came in boxes. I was told after S&H, each tube is around $20.

That's not a bad price but how's the quality from tube to tube though?

I played quite often with that group, and we all contribute shuttles. Overall, the batch they ordered is not bad, fairly consistent regarding playability and durability.

Like all shuttles Aeroplane quality has gone down and price up. However, most of my customers feel overall Aeroplane is much more consistent than the other brands. I can only comment on the Black label (EG1130).

Even though the initial price higher, once you factor in durability and flight path/consistency, they are still a better value than most cheaper priced shuttles.

I still consider $21.5CAD per dozen is a reasonable price because the CDN $ has been fallen. But of course, this is a prepaid service and the next shipment should arrive in April.
