    Default Perfect Jump While Smashin"

    GUYS , i 'm really confusing wht these pro dude do " to TRAIN yourself to execute a perfect jump smash"
    i mean wht training they do ,
    plz guys comments on it

    practice it over and over
    get someone to feed you nice high clears. Start from centre court. Move back into position stop, set, jump and then smash.

    repeat it over and over and over and over until you can #1 comfortably jump smash without it feeling awkward.
    #2 consistantly hit a jump smash without too much error. EG it goes over with nice angle, but it may go out every few smashes.
    #3 when you can consistantly jump smash with accuracy in court then you have reached the goal
