    I get tired super fast (like 1 set). And after I get tired I'm quite done, I mean, the shots are off, foot isn't moving ect...

    If I keep playing will I ever gain more stamina or I'm stuck like that?

    You will gain stamina if u keep at it.
    Even the most avid badminton players experience a drop in stamina if they stop playing for a month or so.
    Try to pace yourself and play safer shots when u are running out of breath.

    no alcohol, no smoke, drink some water while I play. but I sweat like crazy. And some people say that the abnormally huge amount of sweating is what tire me out (because if I do strengh activites like weight lifting, I can lift as much as the next guy because I don't sweat while doing it).

    I'm a little down today because I smashed like 20 shots and hit them with my frame like 19 times (basically I stunk up the place)... haha

    well, you should be drinking much more then. you are either trying to hard or don't have the right technique if you frame 19 of 20 shots.

    a simple way to improve your stamina is to train. you can't just play games and expect to be a machine. games will help improve your stamina, but you can't rely solely on them. i don't know of one professional badminton player who doesn't do fitness work outside the court.

    jogging, interval training, skipping are all ways you can get your stamina up

    Do some cardio (as Shifty suggested) as well as playing badminton. Hopefully the cardio work will gradually improve your stamina. That will make you feel better on court and able to focus on your technique and improve your game.

    out of 20, only get 1 good shot? geee..... spray and pray :p:D

    few suggestions;
    1. improve skill/technique - energy/power not use efficiently
    2. swimming?
    3. light jogging
    4. dont drink too much water during exercise or playing badminton games. drink too much will make you more tired. look at the pros playing match. 1-2 bottles of 500ml per match? after you finish exercise/games, drink more to replenish.
    5. have enough rest like minimum of 8 hours good sleep
    6. food - less fat, high protein, medium carbohydrate?
