    whats rm? malaysian?

i dunno how good you are so i can't really tell what kinda of racket for you

    how beginner?

and since your beginner, and im guessing you have a low budget? i'd say any racket with a built in t - joint should be fine for you

edgesabers and such are considered intermediate

With RM 115 which is roughly CAD $40 or US $32, there isn't much choice to get.
I don't think you can get apacs edge saber 10.
Can someone recommend a racquet in this price range?

Any of the Apacs clones like ES10, ES7 and AP900 should fit your budget.
