whats rm? malaysian?
i dunno how good you are so i can't really tell what kinda of racket for you
and since your beginner, and im guessing you have a low budget? i'd say any racket with a built in t - joint should be fine for you
edgesabers and such are considered intermediate

Any of the Apacs clones like ES10, ES7 and AP900 should fit your budget.
