Well the Netherlands have a very good team this year so I think they'll claim the Team Championship. Russia, England, Germany and off course Denmark will battle for the other medals.

Predictions for the indivual event will came later :p

Sylvain Grosjean/Sam Magee will be vying for the title after 2 near misses, beaten in the German and Dutch Juniors by Mohd Ulinnuha/Berry Angriawan.

Euro-badminton is very liberal eh? This pair is from France and Ireland... Even at the Junior level a pair can represent 2 different national badminton associations... I am sure we won't find this practice at the Asian Junior Championships...

Oh, I predict Russia will win WS and WD in this tournament. I love this! If Russia and the other Eastern block countries support badminton, then we will most probably stay in the Olympics forever... AND, we will see more sexy Eastern Euro girls playing badminton. Good for the sport!

These two are already playing for a long time and it doesn't seem like they will be playing with a compatriot in the near future. But I'm not sure if they're allowed to play together at the world championships or even the Olympics...

I agree, difficulty with these Juniors is that they don't have much to qualify them on. So there's a lot of discussion between the organisation and the different countries about this everytime again. Also a lot of players in Southern Europe don't play a lot of tournaments, so it's almost impossible to know how good they are...
