additional small strap in yonex bag ?

    Hi my friend has just got a new bag.
    Yonex Tournament Series 08 Bk/Red 9 Pack Bag


    it has 2 shoulder straps, 3 main compartments full length zips.
    2 side compartments on left and 1 shoe compartment on right

    it looks like my yonex 7729 tour 9+ Racket Bag, but newer colours

    why i am posting is it came with a additional strap with a dlink and it has velco on it.
    what is this for, cant find any information online.

    do you mean that strap holding both sling at chest area?

    No, its like a shoulder strap in width. but has a metal d link
