Try to get a low end Apacs racquet, maybe a clone of a Yonex racquet since they're cheaper. Once you get better and try more racquets you'll have a better idea of what you want, however anything now will suit your needs.

For strings, you can try BG80 at 21lbs, or Bg65 at 23lbs. They will feel similar at these tensions, but the BG65 will be more durable.

sorry i don't know how much 220RM is, but a good racket from Apacs is the ArmorMuscle series, which you can buy for around 70-90$. Very solid

For a new n beginner, it really doesn't matter so much which racquet to get.
With your budget of RM$220 ~US$60 to US$63, you can a low to mid end Yonex.

For strings, Take advice from Athelete1234: you can try BG80 at 21lbs, or Bg65 at 23lbs. They will feel similar at these tensions, but the BG65 will be more durable.

Go for an Apacs racket, look for even balance and medium weight (85 grams or somewhere around that).

+1 for those string options. Probably BG-65.
