This is a good homemade badminton video to watch -look for those backhand clear from that tall guy in the blue shirt.
The other team remind me of Fu and Cai ( Power / Technique ) I am sure you will spot who is who after a few minutes

What is the best way to;
1. Record a video wrt quality and size of the video
2. Upload to internet for BC
I want to post vids of my games (although my games aren't great) and i have just got myself a handheld cam. But I figure the size will be huge if I take a vid of a full length singles game with my friend. What do you recommend?

I don't have a youtube account - but I guess it isn't hard to open an account.
My internet connection is slow and believe me, the whole nation's internet connection is never fast. Hence my query on quality, sizee etc etc I'll try to see how I can post vids. Cheers.

Not many options..
You can try to convert it a WMV or lesser quality format to reduce the size, but the quality of the video will be less; esp. once uploaded to youtube, it will decrease (unless you have the video file in an AVI format or one with high resolution/frame-rate, which of course will be large).
- Yes, you need a fast computer and a fast internet connection if you want to process and upload it to youtube quickly.
- It's okay, take your time to process and upload it. We'll gladly wait & watch the video.
