Looks your opponent seems to be languishing at the rear tram lines most of the time. Just about every time you drop or play the net you win the point. However I would say that you need to lower your centre of gravity, use a split step to start your footwork in a more dynamic way, keep your legs bend and lower and try to be more explosive particularly in the first step. Commit to the lunges a bit more so you can maintain your balance (use of the non racket hand helps here too, especially when recovering from deep lunges). Your recovery after shots needs a bit of work too but that pretty much will go hand in hand with making the footwork better. When you are pushed to the round the head corner you haven't even recovered back in to the camera shot before your opponent has played his shot and thus get caught out with his cross court shots. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=up5M-mirAcI

split step - it's missing. Adding it will help with your speed - especially if you get lower as well. By that I mean moving around the court and waiting on the shuttle with your knees bent more.

amleto you should relax your play... you play like you're made of wood, sort of. no fluidity in movent, especially in the arms. all your strokes are rigid and tense, seem loose and slow... can't tell much from this angle though.
i sortta like how the other guy plays ) although he seems to play like 40% of his capacity, maybe he's just a little lazy to apply speed, maybe he just doesn't really want to play with you and don't care about the result because he knows he's out of your league (no offence).

I really enjoy slow mo videos!
My brother used his phone to record, the quality isn't great but you can see the movement of me during a warm up. I had to trim the video, its original a 10-15 minutes warm up but it becomes an hour long video, I took the first 15 minutes it shows technique well.
p.s. I'm aware my timing for my smashes were all over the place, I can work on that, hahaha
