Making badminton floor with PVC rolls(sports type) ,it is easy and will save lots of money.
1.first buy sports type PVC rolls from vendor
    Typical size of PVC roll is : 15m(length) * 1.5m(width) * 4.5mm(thickness)
Need 5 rolls for one court.
choose sports type PVC rolls (one more durability enhanced layer on the surface)
2.Cut the edges in straight line and put the pieces together ,make sure no air remain between floor and base(cement or woden floor).
3.Weld it together and get rid of welding slag
    4. layout the court lines(Use adhersive tape) , and paint it with brush....the floor is ok ,forget to say ,it is still removable.

The floor is pretty heavy when you weld the 5 pieces togeter ,and it won't move and crinkle.
Lots of club doing in this way (there are around 120+ clubs in my city).

Also .you could use adhensive and make a fixed court. :p

Thanks for sharing. I doubt the information will ever be useful to me personally (not trying to take anything away from the guide) but it's good to know and may come in handy one day.

Do PVC / Vnyl floors support any kind of shoes or we need to wear only badminton shoes (white sole) ?
