Don't forget to warm up your inspiratory muscles
I was ment to be studying but i got bored and started reading sports medicine and found this.
To summarise : take 30 nice big long breaths before your footwork and youll last longer ( and thus get more benefit.)
So there you have it, one nice easy trick to help your training.
