    Default Don't forget to warm up your inspiratory muscles

    I was ment to be studying but i got bored and started reading sports medicine and found this.

    To summarise : take 30 nice big long breaths before your footwork and youll last longer ( and thus get more benefit.)

    So there you have it, one nice easy trick to help your training.

    Good luck on your exams mojopin. We Canucks celebrate all Irish medical graduates, as it seems a fair few always end up here.

    Its very much a two way thing. We hear about how great the country is from the Canadian students and end up following them home. Bit wierd actually.

    Interesting. I didn't know hyperoxygenation can be used this way. Gotta try this out tomorrow.
