ok, this is not much of an injury but when i finish playing, i get alot of muscle stress, by stress i mean its stiff and a bit painful, do i get used to it, will it stop? or will i have to use muscle stress cream/gel forever?

    How flexible are you?
I am assuming you are fairly young, so a long hard session of baddy is less likely to hurt you unless you have poor flexibility.
There are certainly other possibilities for this pain, but is this guess a likely answer?

Stretch more and play more, your body will get stronger and better at dealing with intense playing.

Well as you get better and improve your technique and footwork, your body will become more resistent and immune to being sore like that.

u're just not playing often. It's commensense. If you play everyday or at least 3 or 4 days a week, you dont get it. Cuz ur body just get use to it.

    Stretch after playing.
You can play as often as you like, but that is not the answer, if you play too much while you feel stiff and sore you can cause damage to your muscles. Do a decent stretch before and after you play and you should see an improvement in your recovery.
Eventually you will get used to the intensity and the need to stretch will decrease.
    I hope this is helpful
