Can ankle support really prevent tendon rupturing?
I am think of buying a ankle support to protect my foot from injury. Really scared me after I heard of someone has ruptured his tendon

Anyone has tried that ankle support?

Unlikely... you probably need to strengthen your calf muscle progressively and warm-up and cool down properly. Dont forget to stretch too! Thanks sportsdoc. I started jogging now. Hope my calf muscle can be strengthened to prevent it happens. I just wondered if that product can help a fraction of the prevention work other than strengthening the muscle.^ ^
