Hey guys. i've been playing for a couple years with a twenty dollar badminton racket i got from my local Sports Authority. I feel like its time to make an upgrade on my rackets. My racket was fairly heavy. i was looking for a really light, and easy to smash with racket. i was looking at something like this,,,

    http://www.badminton.net/cart/produ...d=673&osCsid=9baccf481248808d03d5c5564f32ec84

but i dont really know how light it is. If anyone can help i'd like to purchase from that website because several of my friends have. Unless you know of a better site to purchase from.

Any help is better than none! thanks a bunch!

2U is normal, 3U is light, 4U is superlight.

i am not sure how that is of any help at all. everybody has their own definition of what light is.

in reality, you just need to go try it out.

Exactly, I have a different opinion to Kwun on this, you may have a different opinion to us both. I say 2U is heavier than normal because 3U is the most common weight now. Anything 4U below is light.

Also, please note, lighter rackets aren't going to help you as a beginner. Chances are, you'll just struggle to generate power.
