I started playing badminton when I was 8, but I only started getting into it at 11. I love the game, I made many friends out of it. Badminton seems to be a competition to others, but it's become more than that for me, it's become my life. I can't wait for every week that I get to play, and continually get better along my friends, beating them, losing and learning, and maybe eventually be able to smash.

    Welcome.
Keep practicing and I'm sure you'll get the smash down in no time.
You should look under the Technique's Forum for tips.
