This is just like those videos they show of kids riding their bikes off of roofs, etc. "Don't try this at home," they say -- knowing perfectly well that a dozen 14yo meatheads already have their ladders out.

I was only tempted. Trust me, I have no need for a 40+ pound racket.

If it's going to be strung that tight, can't you just use like metal wire instead of a poly string?

Actually, metal won't be able to take the strain. It's not elastic and too soft for that kind of tension...at least in a strength somewhat similar to Badminton string. The tension is ~530N/mm² for a 44lbs .7mm string, more than most alloyed steels are able to take. When you hit the shuttle, that tension increases by a great amount as well....I think kwun once tried to string a racket with some wire, it didn't go too well^^

as indicated by the amount the tension head movement at the 2nd mains, you are not getting full tension for the first pull. just 23lbs each.

I do not pull 2 string for the beginning when I string normally. I did many small changes just to make sure it will work. If I re-pull the string will likely to snap. Question is are the middle mains are at 43/2 lbs? I am not sure but that's the only way I'll start this.

yes. if you have 2 strings and you pull them with 43lbs, then they will start with 21.5 (sorry. i miscalculated 23lbs). then later on when you pull the 2nd string, it will add a few pounds but you won't get back to 43lbs. my guess is maybe you will gain back to 30lbs or slightly more.
since you have fixed clamps, why not just clamp it and then pull 43lbs on just one string?
