You should make the Trinity 3 the ladiez one and "rename" the current Trinity to Matrix .

dink, do you expect any delays? like with manufacturing or custom issues? how long will it take to reach the respective dealers?

i'm quite excited haha how has the testing been going?

oh and with regards to pricing, i know you can't tell me the exact price since the dealers set the prices, but how will it compare with the Trinity 1? same? more?

    thanks so much.

    Improvements:

    1) Stronger and stiffer frame: will use ~25% stronger graphite, which is also ~15% stiffer, translating into greater power.

    2) Shaft will be about 15% more flexible to make it easier to generate power. I have tested and confirmed this.

    3) More durable finish: proprietary 620PP dual coat finish.

Price: same, no increase. At least not me to the Dealers.

Rackets have been in production for about two weeks now. Panda expects no delays.

    Dealers: depends when they order.

I'm confused....the frame is 15% stiffer, but then is 15% more flexible at the same time? How much of a diffference would that make

The frame and shaft are different components. I'm making the frame stronger. The byproduct, a good one, is that the frame will be 15% stiffer.

The shaft, again, is a completely different component. It works better 15% less stiff based on my testing. The shaft will be more optimized for the new frame.

Sorry the image is not so great, it's from the manufacturer; Panda doesn't have the racket yet. Just playing around...an electroplated Ultra 2, what do you think? Any market for this?

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. I've had some paintball equipment electro (and electroless, different process) nickel plated over aluminum. In the electro version you charge your object and get the nickel to "stick" to it. The finish looks similar to what that pic shows. I believe the camera flash makes it look more "gunmetal" than shiny than it really is. By specification, the nickel plate is a fairly hard and durable layer. But for me in practice, the plate will eventually flake and become rather unsightly. Now badminton is not paintball and is not exposed to the same elements. I'm sure there are other shiny racquets that have been finished with the same process and the finish durability would be comparable.
