Some of you have been asking for the Ultra to come back. Panda did some more research and is about to test a prototype Ultra with kevlar mesh reinforcement around the frame to see if it can make the Ultra better.

If a noticeable improvement, Panda plans to produce the Ultra-K.

Anyone else here interested? If so, please reply, thanks.

Yes very interested. I actually asked your UK distributor 3 days ago about the Ultra. A updated version would be most welcome. Make it so!!!

This is very timely - I've had a couple of people ask about the Ultra Pro lately.

Update - got a couple more pre-orders, and heard that the range this time is 85-88/292-298.

I will be paying within the next week, so any more buyers should PM or email me ASAP.

just got my hands on a pair of Revelation from the latest batch.

    strung up a 85g/292 one with ZM65@23/26.

    holy stiffness batman!!

at 85g, lower range 3U, upper range 4U. there aren't that many racket that feels so stiff, solid and lively at the same time. so far i am liking it but i think next time i will try to use a slightly lower tension.

only had a session with it, but so far seems very positive. i will need to spend more time with this and it heavier and taller sibling. writing of review will be put into the pipeline of reviews i am working on.

^ This is already less stiff than the PPro. Or XP60.

But yes, it has a very solid strike and yet quite fast.

might be the case. but i think the Revelation seems to be better in terms of solid feeling and liveliness and similar in repulsion.

will have to spend more time on them though.

Same batch. There were few 305s and all are sold. Most are BP295-300, which there are still quite a few of.

So how's it comparing to your trusty MX80? Your Rev specs should be very close to your MX80. Surely your MX80 must be stiffer...

I have a 88.2/291 Rev and just recently few wks ago picked up a lighter 85.8/295... just perfect now! I haven't played with my MX80 for a year since I picked up a shoulder tendinitis. So I've been using my trusty XP70/60 and Revs.

So you've been using the adipower duoforce? Or just different rackets every time which you got sent as 'samples'? (Be honest. Call them gifts already! )

Panda's in Northern California (staying in San Rafael) for business...

Panda hasn't played in over 3+ months due to a torn ACL/MCL that's partially healed. Panda didn't bring any badminton equipment...

...now that the work week is winding down, Panda wants to play Baddy in NorCal so bad.

But no gear, no contacts, no shoes, no nothing...OK, still ready to play on Friday night...then afterwards, drive back to SoCal.

Oh, working on the Ultra Pro with kevlar mesh reinforcement around the frame. It makes the racket more stable, better. Going to produce it and hopefully receive in about 1.5-2months.

Also trying to see if we can do something similar to the MP100 grommets so high tension users won't need to replacement grommets on the corners.

    Off Topic-ish...

Kwun: please check for a text message from Panda, don't know if you're available tomorrow night to meet at Synergy Badminton Club. I planned a 2-hour session with Howard Bach and plan to meet at least one other BCer.

Sorry so last minute, this Panda didn't plan to play any badminton but it looks like badminton found me.

If you can't make it, no worries, there's always next time.
