Sir, it's very easy for a stringer to know, just inspect the shared grommets.
If there are 5 shared grommet holes at the 2 and 10 o'clock position it has to be the OSP.
If it's 2, it's the standard NSP.
If it's 0, it's a single pass all the way.
If it's 3, it's a very rare string pattern.

Agree, am working on a comprehensive badminton FAQ for the DC website but have completed it yet.
You could just ask your question here or e-mail me.
Hmmmm, you sure you measured right? Because that's the most headlight AT900P this Panda has ever heard of. The AT900Ps Panda has seen are BP310-315 dry weight.
Sir Fish, you should have asked the above question here...wait, you did.
An 88g, BP300 TPro should be fine for you if you use a 4U AT900P. But if you want a bit more ooomph, assuming your 900P is BP300, try 302-305.

The latest TPro order has been shipped from USA and should be with me by the end of this week or the beginning of next. Anybody who's sending me string to use can do so now if you have my address

I agree, a 300mm TPro will probably be head lighter than a 900P...and if you want more power, you should go for slightly more head weight (and overall weight). Best to measure again just to be sure you don't get sth too head light

How about the stiffness? Do you feel you could use sth. stiffer to get more power or is the 900P fine? Can you feel the shaft bending on some shots? The UPro is probably the most powerful PP racket available now, so perhaps you should try another very stiff racket to see if you like the feel (although according to those who played with it it's even stiffer than N90II, AT700 [old]....)

OK, now I'm annoyed >(
Apologies from myself and Dink, but the EU package has had to be re-submitted for shipping. The reason? USPS lost the dispatch note and, rather than copy it, they returned it to Dink for him to print another one. Marvellous
.
New ETA in UK is thus next Wed-Fri.

doh!
and on that tpro note, I shall add a few of my thoughts on the racquet having not played much with it - about 10hrs or so.
I agree entirely with those that have said:
* the racquet has a very solid feel
* the racquet plays a bit heavier than the t2
* the racquet is not an 'effortless' one to use
I'm still getting used to the racquet - I'm normally pretty good at the net, especially for touch shots, but initially I had trouble playing tight shots. My block defense would also drop a bit short, hitting the tape or an inch or two down.
Both these aspects are improving the more I play with the tpro.
I would say lifts and clears are easier compared to my t2. Backhands can get better length, smashes can be faster.
With other racquets I might find myself trying to 'hit hard', but with the tpro I have found it better to concentrate on hitting well, and then the tpro really pays you back.
oh yeah, tech specs:
t2v2: 85g 286mm
tpro1: 86g 285mm
tpro2: 85.7g 289mm
I replace the original grip with one rkep ultimate (g05)
I have played mainly with the 285mm racquet, but switching between the two is very easy - I havent noticed much difference between when playing.Last edited by amleto; 04-21-2011 at 04:25 PM.

The UK/EU TPro shipment is now with UK customs (a bit earlier than I was expecting), but with all these accursed Bank Holidays I can't be sure when they'll get here. Tues-Thurs this week is my bet so buyers, get your money ready
