Default HELP!! I spilled milo on my rackets D:

I was playing street soccer with my friends and had 2 of my rackets in a cloth bag and placed it nearby. At one occasion, a loose ball rolled by that area.

After about an hour, we finished playing and i went to pick up my racket and found it lying in a pool of milo.
Apparently, the ball knocked over a bottle and it spilled milo all over the floor.

My racket was wrapped in a towel grip which was completely drenched. Im worried if the water would damage the wood or something - there was nothing between the towel grip and the wood.
Apart from that, everything smells of milo and feels kinda sticky.
I threw away the grips and used wet tissue to clean it.

But im still worried if the water spill would damage my rackets... is it ok to wash it? Please advice

Malted sweet drink in SE Asia.

Just rinsed it off. Wipe it dry, and let the handle dry for a while before applying grip.

The strings may need changing too if they got wet.
