I would like to know what is the best racquet (prefer Yonex) for beginner who has very strong arm (also strong grip) but little wrist movement (due to non-flexibel arm and wrist).
Also what string and tension will be good for the racquet(s) you suggest.
    Thank you in advance!:)

    strong arm = head heavy
little wrist movement = flexible shaft
Yonex Armortec 900 Power or Yonex Armortec 700

tension depends on what you're use to. good luck!

    Thanks for the advice.

You mentioned "little wrist movement = flexible shaft". According to Yonex and other reviews from BC, Armortec 900 power and 700 are more like stiff (but not extra stiff) racquets, do you think more flexible (but still head heavy) racquets would be even better? Or they are just too flexible for the strong arm?

In my opinion, almost every beginner should get a medium weight, medium balance, medium stiffness racquet. From Yonex that would mean a Muscle Power 22 Light, Muscle Power 45 or Nanospeed 200.

They are under US$100, 86-89g, medium to medium stiff and not too head heavy. They aren't glamorous racquets but they are good choices for a beginner. As you discover what you like in a racquet (borrow other people racquets whenever possible) you can choose a racquet that is more suited to your particular playing style.

The top of the line Yonex racquets are just about the worst choice for a beginner because they are stiff and demanding (and expensive).

second the MP-45. Good for all around play, and packs a good punch, all for $100.
