hi guys. playing badminton for 3months now, using a RSL ti 3200 and my wrist and shoulder would hurt after playing. does this mean i'll be needing a medium flex racquet?

planning to buy a new one but i dont know what to buy, something not really expensive.i'm not really a power player but i'd like to develop a powerful smash and netting.

i'm currently choosing between head metallix 4000, theprince oversize sky or the rsl laser 6900?
    what would you guys recommend?
    thanks.

You probably swing in a inadvertant way, unless your racket weighs 5 pounds, you shouldn't be feeling any pain.

it could be that. it could be a host of things.

I recommend the HEAD, because i find it a great combination of price and performance. Its head light, and move around quickly, and packs a good punch.

my bad, i meant my deltoid muscles are crying out and there's pain in the wrist. i've done at least 10 training sessions w/ a former varsity player or maybe my execution was bad. i was also wondering maybe its the flex of the racquet.

thanks, jymbalaya. you think the HEAD metallix 4000 is a good one?

Racket flex is not going to hurt you.

You just answered your own question, because you are obviously "over-maximizing" your wrist.
