This is the first time I bought this version of the racket. My friends said that my new racket is a fake, because they found that under the words''made in japan'' , there is a clear space ,it's empty. :crying: I don't know. So I come here to ask you gays. Thanks a lot ! Shaft No. 7866247 Handle No. 180884SP These are the pictures of the bottom cover. http://f.yupoo.com/v.swf?id=zhufei1985-ff80808120d07ee90120d9f3abbd07d7-m http://f.yupoo.com/v.swf?id=zhufei1985-ff80808120d07ee90120d9f2d8bf07d6-m
No it should say, "JAPAN." His racket is a fake though because the printing of the logo is clumsy and cheap.
Killsabee, you should post up a clear picture. Others member can’t verify if the picture likes that. Or you tries to post yours serial number, they will check for you. http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31873
So what I meant was it should say "JAPAN" at the bottom of the racket. It may say "MADE IN JAPAN" on the shaft though. Notice how in the links to the pictures of the bottom of the racket, the logo that is printed on there is poor in quality as the "ink" stuff is budging out. Normally, it would be flat and smooth. Aside from that, the green color is a lot darker and murky compared to legit rackets.
Actually, the bottom cap shouldn't be smooth, it should be bumpy because the cap is NOT painted but assembled. But you should post more pictures at the shaft, frame, and the overall because we can't identify the legitimacy for you.
What do you mean by assembled? Yeah it isn't exactly smooth, but not so bumpy like in the pic. do you know you can actually pull off the green bottom of the racket? It's pretty much just stapled/glued? onto the wood. One time I looked at my friend's racket and was like "is that a new Yonex racket?" And he was like,"no i just attacked the green part of the racket to my Dragon HL."
if you tell us: - where you bought the racket (store name, ebay user id, etc) - how much you bought it for it will make the determination much easier.
