    Hi all,

I am a hobby player who is currently using MP100 2UG5.

Thinking of getting a spare racket and wondering whether you guys can recommend a similar racket to MP100.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Cheers,

Closest to the weight of it (but a bit more flexible) would probably be a AT700 3U.

Closest to the flex of it (but slightly lighter) would probably be a AT900P 3U.

I'm sure you like your racquet if you're asking for something similar but you'll have to ask yourself what attributes of it you like more than other racquets.

you could also try the ARC10. I find Many at my school who used an MP-100 made an easy switch to the arc10.

Actually, I am not very typical in racket.
It is just currently I have MP100, Armortec 800 OF and Carbonex 30 Muscle. Only when I use MP100, I could control the shuttle very well.

Whenever I need to restring my MP100, I will have difficulties playing with the other 2 rackets.

I am not a good smasher but a better defender. With MP100, I can change my defensive mode to attacking mode easily.

    Thanks Jymbalaya.
I guess Arc10 is the newest Yonex at the moment right?
    I will check it out.

Don't know the availability at your location, but MP100s are still around here. Why not buying another MP100?
