    Hi,

Does anyone know what are the thick yet light replacement (sorry for the wrong title) grips in the market? Intending to put a thick one on AT700 maintaining the BP >300mm yet not keen to affect the overall weight by adding tape on the head .

    Thanks!

Karakal PU Supergrip. It's thick and relatively light and VERY tacky. Perfect grip in my opinion.

The Apacs Super PU, which I have just tried yesterday, is nothing compared to the real Karakal PU Supergrips. Tackiness isn't even compatible and the durability just shouldn't be talked about. I would say, for a couple extra cents, go with the Karakal. It shouldn't affect your BP too much. And, if it does, take off the original factory grip and replace it with an even lighter replacement grip. Thickness on that grip shouldn't matter though.
