    Angry Tomorrow is the DAY !

    Tomorrow is ACCAL for my league. Although i pretty much know what place i will be. I am still very nervous now. I have no idea what to do. What are some tips to not be nervous before or during such an important game? thanks

    Sometimes i would go play for a bit and see where im at. Play a game of whichever ur participating for your tourny. Either singles or doubles. Play ur friends as if they were your opponent at the tourny. That way you'll have a feeling of what you might need to do. One thing for sure is to stay positive and not quit. From my experiences, don't think about your opponent too much cause thats what most people have problems trying to not think about. Its yourself that matters the most and it doesn't matter how good ur opponent is. Also the most important thing about badminton is to have fun don't tell yourself that u know where your at. Tell yourself that your gunna be a winner tomorrow. Good luck! jiayo!

    relax, and play without worries. it always helps. if the floor is dusty, constantly clean your shoes. get a wet towel/ wipe them/ etc. but it helps.

    haha I just found out tomorrow is bvals for me @.@ I am unprepared. Oh well, time to man up.
