Unless you purchased from reliable source, otherwise, question whether it's counterfeit first.

Did you buy it from the same source ?

    It could be because:

    -They are fake

-The storage conditions (if its two different sources) were bad in the place you bought it last?

If I am not wrong Protech Masterpiece(Rm54) is sold only in Malaysia and PT 10(S$32) is in Spore. The quality of the Masterpiece that buy the last time is not very good, 8 out of 12 shuttlecock have split feather, and the don't last. Have check with the seller, it could be the bach problem. Have not tried Masterpiece after that, still stick to RSL if buying from Malaysia(J.B). As for the PT 10 it last longer and the speed is more constant.
Have tried RSL Classic Tourney, the quality build and over all is better then Protech Masterpiece. this is my personal exprience.

I felt that PT-10 can last slightly longer as compare to RSL Classic Tourney.
When $$$ is concern, i will stick to RSL. As it is Rm53/S$22.4 for(RSL) vs S$ 30-32 for(PT-10), price different is quite alot.

Same here. PT 10 is better but more expensive. RSL Classic is more value for money. But PT 10 last much longer i think compare to RSL. Masterpiece is a total waste of money.

if you really want to go for protech, only choose World Class or the Platinum (black tube)
the rest are not worth your money at all
for rsl, go for classic tourney

I think Protech PT-10 are sold in SGP only, The tube is similar to Protech Championship but with SGP flag on it.

I will give you an example of a really bad shuttle
Playing today with my freind using AS40s I went to retrieve a shuttle after my friends lift that went out and I found a shuttle that looked brand new
The shuttles brand was called "handy" and I can tell u it was anything but handy during first rally my freind smashed and I went to defend but the shuttle slowed down and I ended up swinging before the shuttle had reached my racquet
The shuttle had a poor trajectory and was overall s***
At the end of about 10 minutes the shuttle was already destroyed so I thought in order for no one to suffer again I decided to stand on it!
