    Thumbs up

So just turned on the livescore and see Eric Pang is on the losing end for now to Derek Wong (). That should make up for SG playing Zhang Beiwen. Anything happened to Xing Aiying .
Should have been XD, WS & MD to Singapore thus clinching 12 PAW points, but the unconventional way works for me as well .

Looks like the polish MD will finally make it 3-0 and they just did, scoring the conventional MS, XD & MD over Russia (= 11 more ).

    Ranking order in the sub-groups
5.5.1 If two teams have won the same number of ties, the ranking will be decided by the result of the tie between them.

5.5.2 If three or more teams have won the same number of ties, ranking will be decided by the total number of matches won. If this leaves two teams equal, ranking will be decided by the result of the tie between them.

5.5.3 If three or more teams have won the same number of ties and the same number of matches, ranking will be decided by the difference between total games won and total games lost, with greater difference ranked higher. If this leaves two teams equal, ranking will be decided by the result of the tie between them.

5.5.4 If three or more teams have won the same number of ties and the same number of matches and have the same difference between total games won and total games lost, ranking will be decided by the difference between total points won and total points lost, with greater difference ranked higher. If this leaves two teams equal, ranking will be decided by the result of the tie between them.

5.5.5 If three or more teams have won the same number of ties and the same number of matches, have the same difference between total games won and total games lost, and have the same difference between total points won and total points lost, ranking will be decided by drawing lots.

should be 13 and 10, but don't count the 13 points yet, it hasn't finished

If 2 teams have won same number of ties, ranking will be decided by the result of the tie between them (BWF statutes, Part III, Section 4, article 5.5.1)

Bulgaria and USA both won 2 ties, Bulgaria beat USA 3-2, that's why Bulgaria topped the group. Hope I'm not wrong...

Yes you are right, I was looking at the 12 for Turkey and knew the total was 23
I hope Turkey made the right decision in playing Ali Kaya in MD instead of XD. I was hoping for MS, WS and XD to Turkey but now ...

Derek Wong upset Eric Pang but Zhang Beiwen went down tamely to Judith. SIN needs another pt from WD or XD.

    SIN 2 - 1 NED

SIN's Shinta is the weakest link in WD. I still remember how RUS gals kept attacking her.

SIN WD's ranking is supposed to be higher than NED but well...

Yao Jie smashed the ball to Shinta, and the Shinta hit the shuttlecock to Yao Lei, almost hit her partner's face...

I guess many PAWers pick Turkey win over South Africa. RSA XD pair forces rubber set, win second game with 21-12.
