They are not fake, most racquets purchased in the Asian countries have these bags. I have one of these as well and my racquet is legit. I have been seen they are spread across to different continents as well.
I am selling the racket not the bag. If buyer doesn't want the bag it's ok for me. FYI, when I bought it I got the bag as it is, and it didn't bother me so much, as I most concern on the racket.
They concern the bag as AT series racket should follow the AT series bag. Just like Nanospeed series and Ti series. However in HK, most shop follow the racket case like yours.
Actually, no. I have quite a few SP racquets amd the only racquet that comes with this bag is Ti series. Even low end MP series doesn't come with this bag. Low end Armortec doesn't come with this bag (I bought a AT150 for a friend so I know). FYI, I bought most of my racquets in HK.
IMHO, these rackets are probably fake due to the so called sunrise sticker covering the serial no. This is normal on fake rackets as to deter people from knowing the serial no. and blind them with Sunrise sticker. Original rackets will have the sticker on the side of the racket, ussually at the other side of the serial no. IMHO
^ I have 2 AT700 old colour like that and i have it from the same source like him. I already take off the Sunrise sticker and check the code, it's original. All my SP racket have the sticker on that side while the other side have PBSI logo.....
Something is wrong here. The bags shown were introduced in 2007/2008 for Asian countries and the AT700 old discontinued in 2006.
there's still quite a number of 2006 produced old at700 IP coded rackets floating around in HK shops...
not really true. my at600 is bought from a authorised dealer in queensway here in SG, and all the badminton shops in queensway carrying the new at600 and ns9900 have the sunrise holograms covering the cone code. so are they all selling fakes as well? its a running change for sunrise to place the hologram sticker there.
I'm not saying the racquets are fake because the Sunrise sticker suppose to cover the cone number. It's just the bag that alerts me. @hyper_power111: I bought my racquets at GigaSports via Habour City Shopping Centre. I've been to e78 too, but I didn't make a purchase because the shop look fishy. I'll try Kaiseng next time.
E78 is a trustworthy store, I have purchase several things from Mr Chan and he knows how to do business well.
Honestly speaking does the 'bags' really have a HUGE impact on the deal? What if he purchased it recently and the store only had those bags available. Consider alternatives
I agree that there are possibilities of them not being fakes but would you risk $180 of your money? I think these guys are just trying to make sure no-one gets ripped off. OP, why don't you look under the Sunrise stickers and give us some cone codes?
