This is a reccomended diet , badminton being the 2nd from left, 2700 - 4200 Calories. I'm wondering if anybody can tell me in more detail exactly what it says , and whether its specific to badminton or just some general athletic guidelines.
And before anybody starts drawing up their favourite badminton menus, I'm just curious about this specific one. I have a decent grasp of sports nutrition :)
Thanks to all the chinese speakers/enthusiasts who can help me out!

(Upon further inspection of image, i see it applies to some other sports too, like gymnastics and tennis- but i still cant idenfiy anything on the plates . )

    Is that brocolli for breakfast?!!
