Hello, I'm looking for shoes which have proper cushioning without compromising balance. I jump a lot on court and currently suffer from periodic forefoot, ankle and knee aches. I have been recommended Asics Gel-Tactic by my coach. Please advise if it would be a good choice, and whether you might have other recommendations based on personal experiences. Thanks very much!
Asics and Mizuno produce very good cushioning shoes, but not all of them are specifically designed for badminton though. If you want more cushioning, you can add insoles inside your regular badminton shoes. You don't necessarily have to get another pair.
