oem from Karakal factory. karakal PU Super selling at RM7/pc.
LCW add RM5 for his world ranking number 1.
justifiable.........
i not really understand by the mean 'this grips is original done by LCW himself'.
is the Karakal factory made it and branded under LCW?
or, LCW goes down to factory floor, operate the machines himself?

My experience with LCW grips
Just to share my experience with LCW grips.
Since started playing last year, I have bought and use 4 LCW grips.
Here's the snapshot of the grips' balance (dunno why... I like to keep them
)

It is quite tacky even with sweaty hands and reasonable durable (after 3 months). Compared this with Karakal, I would rate them on par. Many players (SBA) also use them.
Just my observation. The last 2 that I bought (white with fancier pattern and black), the quality is not as good as the previous 2 (yellow and red).
White - not tacky (slippery) maybe due to pattern design
Black - when slightly stretched to wrap the handle, can feel rubber breaking up (meaning rubber is harder).
cheeyf 's pix is slightly different from mine. Maybe new batch.

i think what cheeyf means is one is done by LCW himself-of course he didn't operate the machine himself. he where got time.haha. while the other is done by others given permission by LCW to do under his name. what i heard is that the other one is done by Looi. maybe that is why there are 2 versions of the grips

Most of it is done by Looi. His grips has been around for ages. I've tried it once only... dont really like it. It is made since last year.

I wonder if these grips will give me the abilities and power of LCW

the most important question about this grip. does LCW himself trust the quality of his own brand of grip enough to use them in big tournaments?? or is he merely leveraging his popularity as a marketing tool?

isn't he contracted by yonex to use their grips since they sponsor the MAS team?

so does lee chong wei use this grip when he plays in international tournaments too?

i see no difference between this grip and the karakal Super Pu grip though.
the only difference i could see is only the name 'Lee Chong Wei'
