that's one nice backpack! what model is it? can't seem to find it on google. is the shoe compartment relatively large?

I dispose the tag with the model no. in the store. Anyway it shouldn't be hard to find as the Barricade series have only 3 models. The 12-racquet bag, 6-racquet bag (1st post in this thread) and this backpack. I believe they should be available in any Adidas stores.

The shoe compartment is definitely sufficient to fit a pair of large size shoes in.

Adidas retail price is $89. I believe you are able to get discounts from the smaller sports shops.

Li-Ning also have some very nice quality backpacks but I don't know their prices. Probably you could check all of them out and do a comparison and get the one that you prefer.

Actually I haven't been able to find it on the canadian adidas website and the google results have only provided me with the adidas barricade tour backpack which looks completely different

Concerning your 6 racket bag, is there a main compartment other than the 2 racket compartments (so 3 in total) because the models I see now seem to have a main compartment?

I'm thinking of getting one, but the models I see in tennisplaza.com or tenniswarehouse.com seem too big.

Only 2 main compartments. 1 thermal and 1 non-thermal. 1 side-pocket and no shoe compartment.

I got it from Taobao.. I've never owned a Yonex JP Bag, so I can't make any comparison.

However, in my opinion, it's better than Yonex SP bags. The material is thicker and softer.. and have a solid build.

errr.. still saving money for that bag

for now I'll just the barricade bag until I get home and pass it to my brother. I'm planning to get that JP bag soon as a birthday gift to myself

As for the Adidas bag, if it is tooooo troublesome for you to bring back, you can pass it to me in Beijing instead of your brother far far away. I am very willing to accept the second hand bag happily
