I am buying the AT70 MG from a online sports shop called www.centralsports.co.uk , i am buying it with custom strings being fitted and i was just wondering how long it would take to deliver, because i have a tournament on the 7th June and I'm ordering it on the 1st June (the shop only delivers on week days) so it would be the 5th June, i just need to know how long they would take to deliver my racket?
If you read their homepage it says this : "Central Sports yet again raise the bar with a fantastic offer of FREE 24hr Delivery on Badminton Rackets over £50.00." And the Armortec 70 is over £50 , its exact price is £63 , so it should arrive on the 2nd of June.
But if he gets custom strings that'll add a few days to it I think. It did for me. (sorry can't remember exactly how many days, but on the whole they're usually very quick) Best bet is to phone them up and ask, they're always really friendly and helpful whenever I have. Their number (normal UK land line, so no extra charge) is on the bottom of their site.
I ordered a racket from Central Sport and they delivered it within 2 days with the racket getting re-strung. Ordered on a Thursday and racket arrived Saturday morning. Hope this helps!
Wow! Where I am, you get the racket strung right away, like within 30 mins depending on how fast the stringer is.
