RCL and RSL
I've try both, at my office we used to bought RSL gold in in big number so been using it for quite sometime, then after all the stock finishes then we started to buy RCL Gold as many of our local player around my place using it. It's turn out to be more durable compare to RSL,yet RCL is cheaper than RSL. RSL we ordered it from the main land as my place Langkawi is an Island.
In my understanding RSL is the original brand from England as they sell racket and other badminton Equipment also. But RCL i think is from China, i mean the brand it self. But RCL produce A very good Shuttle, Here there is another RCL platinum if i'm not mistaken, the quality should be better than Gold as the price is more expensive, RCL gold price is RM 44-46 depend on shop and the Platinum Cost RM55...

Here is my review on RCL De Best Shuttlecocks after used 5 tubes of it:
The shuttlecocks might be among the best shuttlecocks in the price range of RM50++. In term of flight, it is perfect. I always test the shuttlecock before play; and most RCL De Best shuttlecocks can easily hit from backline to backline.
In term of feel, it is good as well, give a solid feel in smash. The most important is it can last long in games.
My record using RCL De Best:
2 set double games ( above average, smash alot, no miss hit of feathers) + 3 set single ( above average also, smash alot but not as many as in double games, also no miss hit of feathers). At last, none of the feathers were broken.
Highly recommended to those who are looking for shuttlecocks with high durability.

I am glad you like RCL De Best
Majority of us use it too here in Penang. We find it better than Protech Masterpiece or Millenium. If you want a grade higher, you should try RCL No.1 (white - green tube) but you are looking at RM 60 + for that one.
Enjoy your games.
Justin.

totally agree with u. RCL De Best (RM54) is much better than Protech Masterpiece or Millenium (RM55) and RSL Classic(RM53). In the same price range, RCL De Best perform the best. Of course there are also some good shutttlecocks in the market but the price is all more than RM 60.

I would be inclined to think that they are different.
Here in Penang, the order of grade (highest to lowest) would be:
No.1 (white green tube) > No.2 (I think, white gold tube)/De Best > Best Gold.
Don't think I have come across those models tenggk.

Yup No.1 is better than De Best. Here in Penang, De Best is circa RM50-55, where else No.1 is circa RM60-65. So yea, that's roughly the equivalent in Singapore too
But no point getting No.2 since it is almost the same as De Best and the difference is quite negligible.
