Hello From Las Vegas
Hi everyone. I just moved to Las Vegas from California. Well here is a little about myself. I work on Nellis AFB. I manage the F15's that fly there. This might make some people angry, but I used to make fun of this sport because my bro and sis played, but when I started playing it I actually loved and whenever I had a chance we would play. We would travel for 30 mins just to go play badminton. Well I played occasionally at the Arcadia Badminton Club, practice Sunday mornings at Colton High, and the occassional front yard practice. I am just looking for some fellow players to play with here in Las Vegas. I am a beginner so I would like to hone my skills better. Thanks and I love this sport!!!

Welcome
Manny!
I met some really nice players in Las Vegas. Hope you find that as well. Cool to hear that you are managing f-15s. I used to "manage" f-18s back in the day.

Welcome..
..to BCDF, mannyfresssh (chris)!
..Ah, an ex-SoCal baddy lover. As for your query of places and people to play with, you can head on over to the Places to Play/Local Events->USA West sub-forum and find the infos there. Or if you'd like, here's a quick info link to the Las Vegas badminton scene:

^^As for..^^
..those "anyone" in Las Vegas, you may want to contact some of the posters in these threads below. Unfortunately, there aren't many "active" BCers (at least "active" in making posts).
Warning: not sure if they're still in Las Vegas or not; or if they're still looking for baddy partners or not...go call & wake them up!! Good luck!!..
