Bought the 9826 bag & a Yonex Wave Grap from his store on April 23th and came to my door today around 9:00AM (April 30th). 3-5 Days like it said on the website. I was actually quite surprised it was this fast, because the transit time said it was around 10-14 Days (Hong Kong Post) but I guess customs let it through. Anyways, am a very satisifed customer (Also a dropped in a thank you e-mail for good measure), and I recommend anyone else to buy from his shop.

While this thread is a bit old, I think people need to be reminder of the fantastic customer service this store offers. I recently spent quite a bit of money on the site for certain accessories for stringing and whatnot and loved the service I received. The only thing I would suggest and this may not just be for MBS, but for other retailers is to offer expedited shipping...people like me don't like to wait for my goodies to arrive

I bought a some rackets from this site. With many questions and concerns I have, winston answered them all. He even friended me on facebook haha. Good customer service, that is given.

Can't wait for my 2 voltric 80s
