Hi bros, victor brave sword 09 make in where, and why i go to the victor shop at ang mo kio yesterday at 7.30pm,, already closed so early ?

At Indonesia about SGD100 for SH8000D, String : VS-850 at 32 lbs.
I have try at my 09 at 32 lbs, still OK.
