Hipbone pain.....

Hello guys,

After playing a 5 set game with my teammate, my hipbone started to become sore and pain

. Can anybody tell me what's happening?????

i don't think it's your hipbone....as bones can't be sore. It's most likely the quadricepts, otherwise known has the Quadriceps femoris muscle.
